47ft O’Brien Boatworks Sportfisher

Adventum launched in September 2018 and was custom built with the Cairns marlin season and live aboard charters in mind. It’s powered by QSM 11s for a cruise of 22 knots.

Adventum is fitted with the latest Sea keeper gyro 7 HD designed to eliminate up to 95% of boat roll. It’s a great addition to the boat that makes the fishing and anchorages extremely pleasant. It also features the latest Furuno Electronics.

We like to keep our extended live on board trips to a maximum of 3 guests for the most comfortable experience. There is one stateroom with its own private toilet and shower. There are also four bunks in the v-berth with a second toilet and shower. All rooms are fully air conditioned which makes for a very comfortable fishing trip.

For a light tackle day trip out of Cairns we can take up to 6 guests.

We have the highest quality tackle suited for all of our fishing styles. For heavy tackle we use Penn International 130s on custom Ian Miller rods and a full range of light tackle, LP and electric bridge teaser reels.
